About WellPlaced Consultancy

At WellPlaced Consultancy, we believe that fair, confident, and inclusive workplace decisions start with a genuine understanding of people. Our mission is to bring psychological insight into the workplace in a way that is human, accessible, and practical – supporting organisations and individuals across recruitment, development, performance, and inclusion.

Founded by Jade Armstrong, Business Psychologist and Coach, WellPlaced combines evidence-based psychology with real-world workplace experience. With a background in supporting professionals and organisations to improve wellbeing, confidence, communication, and performance, Jade and the WellPlaced team help translate psychological insight into meaningful, actionable workplace support.

Meet Jade

Jade holds an MSc in Psychology and is an ABP-certified Business Psychologist. She brings together psychological expertise with real-world management and organisational experience to support people and businesses to perform at their best.

Alongside assessment and coaching work, Jade designs and delivers practical workshops for line managers and employees, with a focus on performance management, communication, executive functioning, and strengths-based leadership. These sessions help managers better understand individual differences, support neurodivergent team members, and create inclusive, high-performing teams.

With a background in management, Jade understands the realities and pressures leaders face day to day. This experience informs her practical, proportionate approach – translating psychological insight into tools that genuinely work in real workplace settings.

Her career spans organisational psychology, leadership development, and wellbeing. She has worked with a range of organisations to support workplace and neurodiversity needs assessments, coaching, manager capability, and inclusive people practices – from recruitment through to ongoing development and performance.
